Birla Radha Krishna Temple also known as Birla Temple Goa is a splendid temple located in the coastal state of Goa, India. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, this magnificent temple is built near the well known college BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa.

Situated in Zuarinagar, Vasco da Gama. Just 3km away from Goa International airport. This is the first Birla temple in Goa and spans across 1.5 acres on a hilltop, offering an awe-inspiring view of the surrounding landscape. Inaugurated on May 3rd, 2023, this temple has quickly become a popular tourist destination among not just devotees but also tourists from other country. The reason for this is because of it’s building structure and the lighting during the night time.

The main idols of god when you enter the temple are Radha and Krishna. The temple also houses the idols of Radha, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Hanuman. It also has idols of Lord Mahadev and Devi Parvati and on opposite side there are idols of Lord Rama, Laxman and Sita. All this idols are make from marble. The lights inside the Radha Krishna Temple are astonishing. The warm lights makes the temple like heaven.

The temple premises are well maintained and landscaped with lush gardens and water bodies. You are not allowed to plug any flowers inside the garden as it will remove its beauty of the garden. Outside the temple you will see two statues of Birla family one of right and other on left. Both playing Infront of the temple.

One of the most striking features of the temple is the grand entrance, which is adorned with a stunning archway and intricate carvings. The temple is also illuminated with warm bright lights in the evening, making it a beautiful sight to behold.

  1. Very nice temple. I had been in Goa once during that time I guess it was under construction. I will definitely visit during my next visit.
